Zoomoozik's Wendy Filosi actively pursued me via myspace in November. When I did call her, she said Zoomoozik was a new online record company and that I was "accepted" to be a stadium artist. This was supposed to be a one-time charge of $295 that was to get me tour assistance, A & R, distribution and consultation for life. After I paid the amount and set up my profile, no one would return my calls or emails. I got no consultation, no tour assistance and most of their website has been "under construction" or "coming soon" for over 18 months.
