I joined with 1-800-Mail in the middle of last year and built up my balance quickly. I requested to withdraw earnings i was entitled to, to the value of $125 and read in the terms and conditions that it may take up to 3 months. Fair enough i thought but it is now April, 3 months have long gone.
I have emailed the company and there has been no reply. This is the latest email i have sent them:
I requested payout in September last year and still I have nothing. It is longer then the 3 months it states on your website. If nothing is done about this i will be making a formal complaint as this is not my first point of contact with you. A quick resolution will be appreciated.
