Ripoff

I recived a 489.00 Bill< which I do not understand why. I have never used this company. My Daughter and I are the only one uses this computer. This is one of the biggest rip off's I have ever seen. I call this service to ask them about the bill, The only thing is, you don't get to talk to no one. I refuse to pay for something that I had nothing to do with.
