We purchase Flashbyte service because we had no alternative other than dial up in our area. After months of up and down service I complained and Flashbye sent a tech to investigate. The tech deleted the network adapter on my pc then was unable to restore it because the Flashbyte service he was there to fix was down. I had to fix my oun machine from work and the Flashbyte service was never up as advertised. Going down constantly always at the worst time or when myself or my wife really need to get online for our business. Flashbyte would not return our calls for help and even hung up on me on more than one occation. If you do business with these knuckle heads you are making BIG mistake.
