In September I put an order with Sally Jean for 2 products; one a appeal, another a ring. Though I obtained the appeal (although within an early style), I never received the ring. I've created many efforts by email to solve this issue without any reaction from possibly Sally Jean or her partner Brad, who evidently addresses the business enterprise facets of the organization.
