I received a bill for 31 minutes of premium web content.

The bill indicated that I was being charged for Pay Per Use Internet Access to Proprietary Content as an Entertainment Fee

I did not request or receive this service and I am disputing the charge and I will refuse to pay if the charges are not cancelled

This company has a well documented history of (censored) charging consumers as seen on this web site
