Charged my account more than stated. Did not bill me until trial period was over. Leaving me clueless until too late, so they say. Nationwide

This company advertised a service at one price and after you enter your information, Another box pops up to inform you of an additional charge.

It takes days of continuious calling to get through to someone live, to even inquire about the charges. Then all they do is offer an apology for the charges and state that they are listed in the terms and conditions.

They dont bill your account until it is past thier trail date, leaving you no time to cancel before they bill you other charges.
