Charged money that was not suppose to be chage

I had a promotion for 10 hours of free internet service. Got Charged on my phone bill what was suppose to be free service. I got $65.00 worth of long distance calls. I thought the service was free. If they were going to charge me i should have been sent an email or contacted in some way.netZERO IS A RIPOFF!!! Thank you for nothing!
