Theft ripoff, embezzled money from my account consumer fraud ripoff

I have been trying to get a refund on some money I sent to a friend on August 20th of 2002. That friend wants nothing to do with PayPal and frankly, now I understand why.

I have called and spoke to them on 4 separate occasions, I have sent them a copy of the e-mail from my friend telling them to refund my money, I have sent them a 30 day notice,
I have been assigned someone from the escalations team and as far as I can tell, she has done nothing either.

It seems clear PayPal has no intention of refunding my money even though according to information on their own website, it should have been done automatically without me asking. I small claims suit is coming.
