I cancelled my subscription a week (7 days from signing up) and they tell me that I did not cancel in time, that the day I signed up was one complete day and thus shorted me a day to cancel. When I called to ask, if I signed up today March 5, when can I cancel? I was told told March 12, which would be 7 days., the way I figured it would be. But for some reason, I signed up on Feb. 25 and cancelled March 4. Still 7 days, but for some reason, I was a day late and the charges will not be removed. The customer service rep was very rude and even hung up on me and told me I was wasting their time. Unbelievable.
