Purchased Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 and was told it was full retail version that could be downloaded and activated the same day. It was a trial version. It downloaded fine, but there were very sparse instructions for installation, and I couldn't get activation to work.
They had online chat support and "Jessica" was very nice. I decided to buy because they used PayPal as their payment medium. I thought PayPal would have verified their legitimacy.
I contacted them by online chat, but had to leave a message about my installation issues. I received a step by step reply, but was still unable to activate.
Then I noticed that the online chat was no longer online for three days now. Their website said they were undergoing maintenance, but left an email address for contact: [email protected]. After two days there has been no response to my email requests.
I called the number on my invoice, but got a message that the number had been disconnected.
