Ripoff (censored) billing, downloads malware dialer (censored) ripoff business

I sent this letter to Alyon today:

On March 13th my son attempted to download free ring tones from your company. At no time did he consent to the installation of any software on our PC, and at no time did he access any adult content.

I have received a bill from your company (censored) attempting to bill me for $27.41. Upon researching this bill, I discovered that your company is well known for installing malware programs on computers that dial up to your company without the users consent.

I am disputing, and will not pay this bill. Please cancel this (censored) charge, and do not contact me again.

I am forwarding copies of this to the Federal Trade commission, and the US Postal service.
I am also sending copies to the Georgia and New Jersey Attorney Generals offices, and the FBI.
