Hello,
I am writing you to express my extreme disappointment with your product. My son worked all summer mowing lawns and saving to buy a pc from your company. We were very excited to get a pc that we spent close to $2000.00 on last September/October time frame. Upon initially receiving the computer when booting up it always failed the POST test consequently, we had to always hit the F1 key to get the system to boot. Since the computer booted I did not pursue the issue however, in November the system just STOPPED WORKING. As a result, I sent the computer to you guys for repair in the December to get it fixed. I got the system back 1.5 weeks ago and it would not boot up at all. What a dissappointment my son was very heart broken.

I have called tech support two times today requesting to speak to a manager and was told both times that managers were out to lunch. I guess so...

I would like a REFUND! Can you help me?

Also, I called into technical support 2 times today and
requested to speak to a manager and knowone has returned my call. I am afraid that your customer service appears to be serious lacking.

Hello Ken. I apologize for the problems you experienced with the computer not working and also failing again after the initial repair. Unfortunately we cannot authorize a refund for the system. As detailed in our warranty policy a refund may only be issued if requested within the first thirty days of purchase. The computer remains covered under warranty and was received for repair under RMA#166602 on February 4.

The normal turnaround time for repair is two weeks but can vary based on the problems encountered. Because the system was only recently repaired before we will be performing a thorough analysis and testing which will also extend the time needed to complete the repairs. Still we would rather any and all issues are resolved for certain rather than rush the process. Once the repairs are finished and the system shipped you will be emailed the tracking number. Please email rma. [email protected] for further status updates if you do not receive any tracking information after two weeks time.

How can this company get away with doing business like this? The product they sell is absolute junk! They won't return phone calls and they act like they just don't care. Well, public, JUST DON'T BUY! WARNING!!!

This company still has my computer hostage and I don't know when I will get it back. Their management won't call me and some flunky in support has basically told me to go pound sand! What a joke!

Can anyone help me?
