In November a representative (Mihir Shah) from Data came to my place of business to discuss creating a web site.
On 12/2 I signed a proposal stating, for $6000.00 they would design and develope a web site for my business that was elegant, professional and user friendly. The time frame was 6 to 5 weeks.
The first problem came when the administrator they asigned me (Zsuzsanna Sancho) could not work with me on my Apple. They sold me a used Dell computer for $1,3368.70 that only lasted 16 mouths.
Then they signed me to a cotract with a credit card merchant (ABC Global Systems 350 Fifth Ave, Suite 3304 New York, NY. 10118 1-800-705-2559) for a unfinished web site. It cost me $1,634.00.
They would not answer any attempts by the four other web site developers who try to help me.
Kept my domain and when I asked them, (after 3 years of hell) to please get my web site working they wanted more money from me.
After hundreds of calls to Data Industries and their executive vice president Paul Rubin ([email protected]) by me and those who tried to help me, over $7000.00 paid, lost income without the internet they want more money. Help
