I had ordered a CD for finding Government Grants from this company. This was back in November. They had informed it would be 2-3 weeks before I would receive the CD (per the web page). This was also reiterated when I had called the 800 customer service number, to cancel right away the so called "FREE" trial of a web page builder, that i did not want to take a chance on getting billed for.
I have now sent 2 additional emails to this company asking for reimbursement of monies and they do not even respond to the emails.
Still to this day (February) I have not received an email response or credit for monies taken and product not received.
C/S representaive I talked to stated that they were based out of St George, UT.
