I am reporting on a lady who sold us a little Havanese puppy named Preston that she advertised on the website tx5starhavs.com. Her name was Amy Wyndham. I have her number and name on my caller id.
We paid by american express and are currently working to get our money back through them.in addition, we are fortunate that we have 2 attorneys in the family and so we should be able to fix this fairly easily.
We bought Preston right before Christmas. My husband and son drove from Fort Worth to Conroe to get him; so they have been to her house. Amy was selling him as "Pet Registered" and wanted $1200.00. We had no intention to breed so we chose to pay $900.00 without the pet registration. She had papers to show his lineage.
My husband is trusting and unobservant so he did not notice that Preston had a herniated umbilical cord: Which is caused by improper weening.
I have contacted Amy by phone and email to ask her to pay for the surgery to help Preston and she has not responded to my inquiries.
I do not quite understand the connection between the Florida individuals and Amy but I would like feedback on the connection. The name of the company that paypal listed as the payor is LJ MAK.
We gave Preston to our daughter and she loves him no matter what. However, I will not drop this until Ms. Wyndham addresse this issue and acts in an ethical manner.
