After a great working relationship with Prismpointe Technologies over the past 5 years; they are now over 10 months past due on over $1700 worth of work orders. We've made numerous attempts to contact their accounts payable department, to no avail. We managed to reach somebody back in June who stated they would get payment out to us on all 18 outstanding invoices, but that they were short staffed and backlogged. That is the last correspondence we have had with them. We have sent them multiple past due letters, sent them certified letters, left several messages that are not returned; and now have contacted our company attorney. Since the service contract states any litigation is handled through Georgia Courts, we are in the process of contacting an attorney in Georgia who was referred to us by our attorney in Arizona to pursue collection. We have all of the signed work orders and the work was all completed to satisfaction; so getting judgement should not be a problem.
I don't know if Prismpointe has fallen on hard times, but I wanted to post something to discourage anyone else from doing work for Prismpointe at this time.
