Promised to send us a check in one week and give us coaching calls, but neither promise was kept

My husband and I began searching for an online business about eight months ago, we were having trouble finding something that seemed real. One day we came across John Paul Raygoza's company.

We entered our information and we were contacted by one of John's representatives by the name of Rob Martino. He gave an excellent sales pitch to my husband and told us that he was going to be working with 12 people for the next 21 days to help them double their investment and get rid of their credit cards. That sounded great and he even sent us a contract to sign, which he signed as well, promising that everything he said was true and that we would at least make our money back. This was our first investment.

About a week and half to two weeks later Rob called again and said they were starting a new product launch the next day and he was calling those he was working with to invest with him so they could have a part of the large amount of money that would be coming in. My husband and I were both hesitant, but Rob promised us that we would get a check by the end of the week that would pay off our credit cards and leave some left over.

Two, three weeks passed and we did not receive anything, so we began trying to contact Rob to ask him about this. At first Rob would answer any question, but the one regarding money, then he began igonoring us all togehter.

Previously we had been promised coaching calls, our coach's name was Louie, and our appointments were set up by a woman named Christian. Our first coaching call which was scheduled for Jan. 5th never came, we contacted Christian and she said there was a mix up. Our next coaching call was schedules for Jan 20th. The day before we were sent an email saying that our call was rescheduled for Feb. 4th because their company was going through changes to accomodate their customers...? We received one coaching call from a woman named Jen on Jan. 16th, because Louie couldn't
do it.

After repeated tries to contact both Rob and Christian through phone and email, we sent them and email on Jan. 20th saying that we would be contacting or credit card companies to have them refund our money for services not rendered if they did not contact us by 6:00 pm CST. They did not contact us and still have not.

Praise God that our credit card companies worked with us, and we were able to get our money back. I pray that all of you who haven't been recompensed will receive what is due you.

Below I have listed the emails we sent in chronological order, you will see for yourself in the first email how he answered one question but not the other.

We haven't received a check yet, and unless we misunderstood, you said we would receive a check by the end of last week. We checked our clickbank account and it says zero. Hello Rob,
We are contacting you once again to find out if everything is set up properly on our end. We have not received any income of any kind, and we thought you said we would begin receiving it this past weekend. We have invested alot of money, and it was all on credit cards. We have received our credit card statements and we need to know when and if we are going to receive income this month. If not, we must try and make other arrangements to pay down our credit card balance. We would greatly appreciate a response from you, fairly quickly. Have a blessed day.

Thanks for responding so quickly. We figured that he was probably out of the office. Maybe you can answer the question we have. Rob told us that we would start receiving income last Friday and we still have not received anything. We were wondering if we have everything done correctly on our part, or is there something lacking? We know that these things take time and we understand if it is going to take a bit. The reason we were asking is because if we aren't going to receive anything this month, we want to try and make other arrangements to pay our credit card bill. Thanks so much! Have a blessed day!

Hello,
We have repeatedly tried to contact you and your company with a question concerning income. We have received no answer to this question, yet when we asked other questions they were responded to promptly. Rob said that we would start receiving income Friday the 10th, and to this day we still have not seen anything. So, this email is to inform that we will be contacting our credit card companies to have our money refunded for services not rendered, if our question is not answered by the 6:00 P.M. Cst (5:00 P.M. PST.) Thank you for your time and reply.
