Your Publishers Clearing House Order 103348479192 has been processed. I did not place this order. Port Washington, New York

On 1/20/09, Publishers Clearing House sent an email stating that Order Number: 103348479192 would be shipped to me. It stated ORDER DETAILS: Merchandise processed today: 3 PIECE MICROFIBER DUSTER SET; Subtotal: $19.96; S&H: $6.99; Total Price $26.95. None of the on line links they furnished to "customer service" were functional.

I then replied to
PublishersClearingHouse@pchcustomerservice. Pch.com with the message: "i did not place this order. Please cancel it." They then replied with the message: "Thank you for your contact. However, you have responded to a "POST ONLY" email. We welcome the opportunity to assist you at:
http://www.pch.com/infocenter/customerservice/faq. Shtml " This link did not open a webpage. I can not cancel this order.
