Once contacted he will boast about his expertise and inquire about your skill level or the project you need work done on. For those inquiring about classes (all held in his residence) he will quote you an amount and tell you that it is significantly cheaper and better than the competition - because after all he is an expert! For web development he will discount his normal fee if the entire amount is paid immediately - through paypall or google checkout. This is where our stories begin.
