On 12-05-08, I ordered a musical snowglobe from capitolshoppingmall.com... A site that advertises items depicting Washington, DC. I was debited a total of $21.45 and never received my item. I have emailed the company at least 4 times, I have called their number and every time get a different recording to call back at different times, leave a message, (the mailbox is always full), to call back in one hour. No response from the company. Don't order anything from these people.
