Charging 31.85 to my account, printing a fraudulent check in my name, did not order service

In a desperate need for some financial assistance, i applied for on line loans which are actually linked to a number of other companys. I guess one of these companies was "last chance for cash" which i never heard from, however this unknown charge for 31.85 is on my bank statement. Fortunately my bank rejected it, but charged me a 25.00 n.S.F. Fee. They gave me the phone # to this company 866-9550870 but had no other info. When i called this # i get a recording and am on hold forever!!! How is this even legal??? I am outraged, faxed them documents from my bank, and i am hoping for some response and my 25.00 back.
