Computer Video Store ripoff scam

I purchased a complete computer system in Feb. I was suppose to receive a $250.00 repate from VC Store. I have 2 email reponse's from them stating my rebate was being proecessed. I have yet to receive my rebate and now they no longer have a web site or email address.
