Publisher doesn't respond to three emails to fix defective product. Money back no guestions asked worthless. Won't refund at all

Ordered videopiggy 12-23-08. Product failed to download UTUBE as promised. Cancelled order same day. Money back no questions asked policy worthless.
I wish I had seen this site earlier, I wouldn't have ordered this or any product through Clickbank at all. I filed this to keep someone else from being taken advantage of. I may be legally blind, but I'm not helpless or stupid. Hope this helps someone else.
