Misrepresented offering, did not state charges would automatically re-occur or that LobbyEdge does not work without ongoing PokerEdge subscription

I decided to write this "review" of my experience with Poker-Edge's software and customer service to help warn other potential customers of their doings. I hope this honest observation regarding them helps someone like me, just looking for an honest summary of their experience with the product/service.
