Rentzero.com fradulent service, no games ship out in a week, no games in stock, very little new releases

I signed up for there free 14 day trial over a week ago, they say to have 10 games in your que. I have over 20 with many with "available status" at the top, they have not yet shipped out a game nor have they responded to one of my support requests. Stay away from this company
