Terrible service, ripoff prices, junk hardware and computers

Clear Focus MSP, LLC of Wenatchee is the worst service me and my company ever had. We were trapped in a contract that is useless to our business now. The prices they are charging us are outrageous, and we are lucky to get a technician until two weeks later. When they do show they are always stumped and refuse to address any "minor" issues.

We paid for the managed leasing of several computers for our small office. Clear Focus showed up with several used Lenovo's and a used Lenovo laptop. They were junk, and had no ram, and a 40 gig hard disk. Just crap, even for the office. And they are still running XP against our wishes, because their technicians do not understand how to use Vista STILL. Do not use Clear Focus, LLC. Way to expensive, for junk and crap technicians.

Outrageous ripoff. My lawyers are looking at the contracts to get us out of it, but we think we are trapped. And the equipement is useless it will not run 90% of what we want it to. Outdated.
