Was contacted by e-mail not to cash $10 rebate check that was coming to me in the mail because bank it was drawn on was in trouble.
Received check 1 week later and held onto it for a couple of weeks and checked with my bank to see it there would be a charge if the rebate check came back&there would be.
I waited another 2 weeks and still no rebate check to replace the bad one.
I called Panda customer service and the representative assured me that the check that I got several weeks earlier was indeed good.
So, I cashed it. 2 weeks later it came back and a $20 charge was added to my checking account
I still not have the "good" rebate check and now I am out $30
