Can't access his website (read access denied), want my money back

I bought the Computer Restoration Toolkit from Ryan Schmidt about 6 months ago. I did not have a problem logging in his website www.computerrestorationtoolkit.com until recently (2weeks now).
What is the purpose of selling the package if you can't use the information on the website?
