About 3 months ago, I purchased an ATV from "Powersportsmax.com. The ATV ran fine for about 2 or three weeks. Then the Rear Brake Assembly failed. "Deeal Inc" Instructed me to ship the Rear Brake Assembly back to them, and that they would send me a replacement. Now, (2months later) I have yet to receive anything. Everytime I use the (Chat Online) section on their website I get the run around. They tell me they had to order my part from China. They"l tell you a diferent date, each time you ask. I have all the transcripts from the chat sessions. I ended up buying another ATV because of all this B. SNow I have a big Roketa sitting in my garage that is useless. They claim they have all the parts for every ATV in stock, when in fact they have none.
