I was in a hurry to get a product key that i lost for my protools cd for a recording session. I had to prove to some guys that i could record them very well. Digidesign was closed and their website was down. So i searched the internet to see if anyone had a program that could locate cd keys. The 2nd listing was nsaudio who said their program could locate any product number on any cd instantly.
I bought the program and found that it does not search cd's. It only search the harddrive it is loaded on and network hard drives. It doesnt even have an option to look in iother areas of your hard drive. I lost the opportunity to prove my skills to those guys and they went elsewhere casue i looked incompetent.
I emailed these guys through plimus who is the people who processed my payment. I requested a refund. These people (nsaudio) didnt even apologize or even offer a product to do what i asked. All they said is they have a strict no refund policy. I advsd them they advertising their product as being able to do something it can not. Not once did they apologize or offer a alternative. They expect me to keep a product that magical bean key finder which is a free program, can do. All is can do is search your harddrive for product keys and it doesnt even get all the product keys on the h/d only certain software.
These people are shams, their productr is garbage and i had to chargeback this charge and close my account casue these folks will not give my 21.00 dollars back
Do not and i repeat do not deal with nsaudio. They will not refund your money even if their product willnot work for you as they so agressively advertise.
