They appear to be extortionists, we have tried to figure out why they charged us and are now they are threatening a lawsuit against us unless we pay

They appear to be extortionists. They charged our card, didn't listen to us, and now are threatening a lawsuit.

They charged our credit card repeatedly. We then had our credit card company deal with them. Now, City Search is saying that our account will be sent the the legal department for a possible lawsuit to be filed against us.
