SHOCKING overdraft from UnAuthorized Credit Card Transaction Los Angeles California

I got Ripped-Off!

Efax is not interested in faithful customers.

Just got off the phone with a representative from Efax. Unfortunately, they will not refund overdraft fees they caused from and unauthorized credit card transaction.

One year ago, I gave them my card information over the phone with the absolute certainty that my card would not be charged in the future on any type of auto-payment system. I repeated myself 3 times clearly to this fact one year ago. The representative assured me there would not be any future charges.

Low and behold, one month ago I am surprised with an unexpected withdrawl from my personal checking account and numerous overdraft fees to boot.

After being on the phone for over an hour with customer (no) service, they refused to accept any responsibility or make any effort to keep me as a long time faithful customer.

Times are tough now. I am certain there are other companies that will eagerly serve my Tech needs and provide excellent service.

Your credit card information is too valuable to just give it to any old company.

Don't get Ripped-Off!
