Lied about site being free of viruses or anything that might harm my compute

Before I paid my subscription price their ad assured me that their site was absolutely free of anything viral or harmful and completely secure. When I went to the site they directed me to (members-site.net) there was a warning flag notifying me that if I went into the site there could be damage to my computer. Sisaw that I did not enter but I would like to get my money back
