Overgrab was made from pirated zend software (www.zend.com). Also, overgrab was modified from an existing script (which overgrab doesn't own). The owner had no rights to modify or steal anyone else's script. Although he did add a lot of features and change it around a bit. The owner is even using a nulled v-bulletin script (www.vbulletin.com).
