Plimus is now called Bluesnap. Got a pop up virus on my PC and after searching the net for a remedy, I was brought to the Plimus website. They claimed that their software called PC Cleanup Utility was the program to buy to get rid of this virus. I purchased, downloaded and ran on my PC and it seemed to have gotten rid of the virus. Next day, same virus appeared in a pop up. Since PC Cleanup utility did not eliminate the virus, I feel I am entitled to a refund. They are claiming that their refund policy is that once you have used the program, you are not entitled to refund. Isn't that what you do when you buy software? You buy believing that you are buying a product that will perform the function you have paid for. Not in this case. Another Plimus (now Bluesnap) scammed customer... Guess I am not the first.
