People magazine was ordered as a Christmas gift $125 was paid for a one year subscription. No magazine was ever received. Mags4cheap was contacted numerous times, after months of back and forth, they finally realized and admitted to error, promised refund. It has been one year, no magazines ever received, no refund ever received.
