Website Design Scam - Took Thousands and Disappeared!

Joe Conlin of Vandi Group (apparently under other company names as well) presented a sound proposal and agreement. Took half the amount decided upon (thousands) for website redesign and completely disappeared. No return phone calls, e-mails etc.
Scam artist. Stay Away!
