You get a pop up that looks like windows vista needs you to get the antivirus 2009 professional because of a virus on your system, you believe it is from vista, you go and order/download it, you get extra charges for support ect. You get an icon with 2009 anitvirus, but nothing is there, there is nothing on your system protecting you, you call [email protected] and they say they can't refund your money, they told me that many people get this program and that i must have installed incorrectly so they sent me instructions again, and i tried and still nothing. You pay for nothing
