Corrupted My Computer And Tried To Steal The Kernel Memory

I too have been swindled by The Antivirus 2009 Internet Scam. The Antivirus 2009 program IS a VIRUS in itself. I think it came from an online game that the kids were playing. We began to see pop up bubbles regarding Privacy Violation Alerts! Then, the pop up bubbles stated that there was an Internal Conflict Alert!

A FAKE window popped entitled Antivirus 2009 up with a FAKE system scan that stated I had 52 cases of adware, spyware and trojans. Finally, a window popped up that stated that a program was attempting to connect to the kernel memory, and I was instructed to click the bubble to prevent system crash, and recommended to register for Antivirus 2009 in order to remove the unwanted programs.

The only good thing is that the Internet Explorer kept experiencing problems and had to close before I could put in my credit card information to pay $49.99 for the Antivirus Program. (Which is a RIP OFF!) However, my computer is still infected with the Antivirus 2009 VIRIS (how ironic) and I cannot get my computer to stay connected as well as internet explorer.

I am searching for a FIX to remove the VIRUS and will update ASAP, meanwhile, if you are posed with the pop up window to register for Antivirus 2009 and remove unwanted programs, don't do it, don't click on it, and do not register with your personal information including credit card or banking information!
