Do not under any circumstances perform any it support work for cilicon solutions, monsterforce it marketplace or for taylor michael or nathan pippen. Both companies are one in the same and a complete scam.
Monsterforce is a poor xerox copy of very professional buyer/provider platforms such as onforce (whom i believe these geniuses tried to copy). The idea is that you are the provider and routed a work order through their generic website that a buyer has requested. Monsterforce then gets a 10% cut (or 100% when you don't ever get paid at all) from the amount the buyer pays. Although the catch is that the "buyer" is really cilicon who has gotten the work from someone else, so they are getting a large fee from the buyer and the 10%, which is a scam in itself.
So after perfoming the work it will take a week to close out your work order, and then they want to "verify" your bank account which takes 20 days? Wtf?! Paypal takes 48 hours! So then once your bank is verified you click "transfer balance paid to bank account" and then your balance reads zero online, but also in your bank!
