Gore Research, MyScantool purchase scantool, it unable to configurate to operate the software. Theyrefuse to correct the problems. Website given could not open, that evidence of deceptive business pracrices

Gore issue ticket #ETR-396958 to correct port problem, with web site to see the status of the ticket #. The site was fictatus could not open. The software is unable to work, because of the Com Port Setting have problems, gore decline to resolved the proble, or send RMA# I request to return the goods over the last 14 day. My question to you should I still return the items via UPS?
