Non-receipt of Merchandise

I requested rosary olive-wood materials in August. I had been informed they might get to the month's finish. They never arrived. I named vender requesting once the purchase might appear. I had been informed middle-September. It never came. I called again, requested to get a reimbursement and remaining communications via email and on the voice-mail. No reaction originated from the companyThe merchadise nevertheless has not appeared.
