Minicreditreport.com Created automatic payments without my consent!

I have noticed that my bank had been making automatic withdrawals to this company that I did not authorized. I went online to look for them and there is now no way to contact them or cancel the payments. They are taking out 19.80 in two payments! They take out 9.95 twice on the same date! I did not authorize this payment and have no way of getting cancelled...
