I kept hearing this company's advertisements on the radio, and since I am on disability with a limited income, I thought "this might be a good way to get a new computer." I dialed the number and spoke with a very pleasant young man, gave him the pertinent information, and was all set, so I thought.
Throughout this whole process, however, I failed to the most important thing that I must always do... Check the RIP OFF REPORT. I remembered to do it several days later, and guess what? HERE THEY WERE, and it is only through this site that I have been able to find a telephone number for them.
That same day I received papers from them to sign, which I mailed back to them that same day UNSIGNED and told them to cancel my account. This morning I checked my checking account, and sure nuff there was a $99.00 debit. I called them immediately, spoke to a not very nice lady and told her I wanted my $99.00 back, etc., and she told me she would cancel my order but refused to refund the $99.00. I don't give up. My next step is to write the Attorney General of Virginia and let him know what is going on. Hopefully, he will do something about these sleazy cheats.
