I was trying to download the Adobe Flash Player when Advance Telecom Inc. Offered to help me and pay 49.95 for a three year support of the player. And would receive my confirmation number and password to my email address within a few minutes.
Thinking that request was a legitimate offer. I paid the fee using my Paypal and am still waiting for the email. My paypal comfirmation number that the paymentwas posted to account is #P926300LTEM6Z61F. I'm not sure where to go to get the money back
