DSMAX, Cydcor, Granton DSMAX Great business plan however it is not executed legitimately. Rip-off business Texas

Many have written about DSMAX or their affiliates Cydcor & Granton. I wanted to write a very realistic report regarding their activities. Most who write are angry and not really thinking when they write regarding these companies.

I worked for the Cydcor (Communications) division. I worked for the company approximately 2 months and still have many good friends who are employed there. I also have many friends who are not employed there. If you have read any of the other reports you would know by now that there is a very large turnover especially within the first 2-3 weeks of employment.

My experience was in an office that was very much failing. I hate this and am also thankful for it at the same time. I hate the fact that I never got to see a good DSMAX office work. I am also thankful that I didn't because if I did I would have probably stayed longer and got myself into further financial problems.

Some of my friends did some outrageous things such as move across the country. Or sink themselves into 10's of thousands of dollars into debt. I studied cults and such when i went to college. Because of that I know well how one would cloud anothers judgement through the usage of floods of emotion. DSMAX does do this on a large scale! I don't think they are guilty of everything they are accused of, however they do cloud your judgement by placing you on an emotional high at all times. Their "meetings" are nothing more than very positive and emotional pep rally's meant to make you commited to what your doing. They also do this in large scale quarterly at what is called "Leaders Meetings" where everyone comes back completely dedicated to the opportunity.

Now I believe that DSMAX does take some of the better parts of a "pyramid scheme" and apply them to a legitimate business. However, at the same time they don't run their business legitimately if that makes any sense. When one goes for an interview (or Days of Observation as they are called) one is pressured highly to sign on.in most divisions almost anyone who shows up to an interview is automatically hired, they just don't know that most of the day will be spent convincing them to accept the job offer.

The company itself like a pyramid scheme centers around new people coming in the business and selling. It really doesn't matter if they are the greatest sales people in the world or hardly any good at all. They are lured in by the "opportunity" for management and there are so many of them that anyone at the top (where the money is funneled) will make a pretty penny. Some Vice-Presidents make close to 1 million per day.

Now the problem is that instead of explaining the actual business plan legitimately. DSMAX teaches the "Leaders" to distort the truth and stretch it in areas so as to convince people to come aboard. The actual truth is fed to you in small bites over a long period of time by which you will have "closed your back doors" to other options or ways out of the business.

Also people who quit are referred to as weak. This is said very openly because you don't want to be a "weak quitter" and leave the business. Everyone will refer to you as such and you will be humiliated by your former peers.

In other words, what we have is a business that could be run very legitimately. However many mind games are played so as to cloud ones vision and rational judgement regarding their options. I would never tell someone that success is impossible in this business. However, I would easily state that success is rare and you might have to cross some moral bridges that you won't like in order to get there...
