Overcharge

The corporation billed me $45.85 to get a "FREE" test of the tea. I had been designed to spend just S&H. What's my option? I'd like a REIMBURSEMENT!!! I named the toll-free # however the saving stated these were shut. I named many times simply to obtain current email address but possibly I can't KNOW VERY WELL WHAT the heck she was stating or she's simply not talking obviously
