Our encounter with ehostsource continues to be terrible. Their tech support team may be the toughest I've previously experienced. Their reps were rude and unhelpful after I named to tell them that my website and e-mail were down (plus they were – FREQUENTLY). They'd justification after justification but might never aid. They'd obtain the host back-up, simply to drop right after. Beware; their hours are from 9am-5:00pm. You're SOL if their web-server is out throughout the weekend or after 5:00pm. After I reported concerning the support, I had been known the “president” and his spouse who, in my own encounter were extremely questionable and sly people. They most surely didn't solve my challenge appropriately. I've cause to think they didn't guard my solitude like a client. I'd NEVER, NEVER advise them.
