A purchase was made via internet - paid for via pay pal on 8-10-08. After 2 weeks I contacted the company to see where my package was or how to trace.
They informed me it was on backorder - until 8-22. I contacted them again on 9-10-08 to find out where it was now? Via email and phone - no response
I contacted them again today via email and phone - still no response.
Bad company to deal with - when you cannot even communicate with your customers and you won't ship their product and won't return their funds that is a bad deal.
